Returns
Due to the sacred and personal nature of our product, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Proper proof such as photos or unboxing video is required for verification.
Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once your return request is approved and verified, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
If the refund is delayed beyond this period, please contact us for assistance.
Replacement
Instead of a refund, you may also request a replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Replacement will be processed after verification and subject to product availability. Once the replacement is accepted the item will be processed and deliver within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Cancellation
